Auto Approved Now operates a vehicle financing lead generation and referral platform.

We do not:

• • Guarantee approvals
• • Act as a lender
• • Sell vehicles
• • Negotiate financing terms
• • Represent dealerships

We connect consumers with independent third-party dealerships, financing providers, and related partners.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• • Be the legal age of majority in your province or territory
• • Reside in Canada
• • Provide truthful and accurate information

You may not use the website:

• • For fraudulent purposes
• • To impersonate another individual
• • To submit false applications
• • To interfere with system operations

3. No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of an application does not guarantee financing approval, interest rates, vehicle availability, dealer responses, or financing offers.

Approval decisions are made solely by independent third-party dealerships and financing providers.

4. Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection, suspension of access, referral denial, or legal action.

5. Third-Party Dealerships & Lenders

Auto Approved Now may distribute your application to multiple independent third parties. We are not responsible for dealer conduct, financing decisions, loan terms, vehicle condition, dealer communications, credit inquiries, financing contracts, or collection practices.

Any transactions or agreements are solely between you and the third party.

6. Communication Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to communications from Auto Approved Now and its partners via phone calls, SMS/text messages, automated systems, and emails. Message and data rates may apply. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including branding, logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and databases are owned by or licensed to Auto Approved Now. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and financing outcomes. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Approved Now shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, financing denials, credit impacts, data loss, business interruption, dealer conduct, or third-party actions.

Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars ($100 CAD).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Approved Now, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the website, violation of these Terms, fraudulent submissions, violation of laws, or third-party disputes.

11. Dealership Accounts

Dealership users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, restricting unauthorized access, protecting login credentials, and ensuring lawful use of lead data. Auto Approved Now may suspend dealership access at any time.

12. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Alberta, Canada.

14. Arbitration

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. You waive participation in class actions or representative proceedings.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice for any reason including fraud, abuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.

16. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
